My name is Lola G. Belk. I grew up in a community by the name of Wysacky, near the town of Bishopville, SC. When I graduated from High School, I moved into the Camden area and now reside in Lugoff. In 1984, I set out to begin my real estate career. Because I lived really really close to the Lynches River for 18 years (fishing & hunting with 5 boys), Lake Wateree became my comfort zone in my professional and private life. I settled in. During the years 2004-2005, I took time out just to breathe and do nothing. In the Spring of 2006, I decided it was time to enjoy real estate again. My choice was to work with Morris Worthington and he so graciously allowed me to become a part of his expert team. Please feel free to contact me if I can ever help with your real estate needs. I promise to provide you with the absolute best service available.

Hello! I am Kim Puckett and I have lived and played around Lake Wateree all of my life. I live and grew up in a near-by community called Great Falls. I graduated from Winthrop University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a major in design. I was vice-president of my sorority, Delta Zeta, and I am still an active alumni member. I am a youth leader at my church, Mt. Zion Baptist, and I am enjoying my second year as a volunteer girl scout where I am the troop leader for the Daisy Scouts. I have spent endless summer hours on these waters, and couldn't love it here anymore than if I were a permanent resident, which someday I hope to be! I left corporate America and started working with Lake Wateree Properties in the summer of 2006. The change has been exciting, and nothing could make me happier than spending my "work-days" on this beautiful lake! I can tell you anything that you want to know about this lake and the surrounding areas. Give me a call or come by the office and I'll show you why Lake Wateree is such a gem. In the hustle and bustle of busy lives, you need a place to get away from it all. Let me help you find that place, and you'll see why I say "Life's too short to live just anywhere!" Come see me today!

Jerry Nealy

Hello, I am Jerry Nealy. My wife Dewana and I are natives of Chester County here in the beautiful state of South Carolina. We both have been around Lake Wateree all of our lives. In 2000, we realized the first step in our 30 year dream when we bought our place at "the river" on Wateree Creek. That 1959 single-wide was a great weekend place, but in 2002 we continued the dream and built a new home where we now live year round. Some of you may know me through my community activities with Wateree Homeowners Association of Fairfield County. First as Secretary, then as Chairman and now as Vice Chairman of WHOA, I have worked to protect and preserve Lake Wateree and the Catawba Basin that we all hold so precious in our hearts. I am also a member of the Lake Wateree Association as I believe it is critical that we work closely together to meet any challenges that face our region. I have managed all kinds of business situations in my career, and now I am taking on a new and exciting challenge. I am now in the business of making dreams come true! Whatever your dream may be, I hope you will call me and let me be a part of it. Let me be your man to see on Wateree!
